We want to get to know you and the first step is to do just that! I will meet with you or schedule a phone consultation to find out what's important to you and what your overall vision is for your wedding day. To ensure a personalized experience, we curate a proposal that will service all of your planning needs and expectations.
Contract Signing

Once we decide on the package of your wants and needs, you will receive a contract entailing everything that is covered for your special journey. Once we receive the contract back there will also be a retainer of 20-50% due to finalize the process.

For the couple who wants a truly hands-off, stress-free experience, All Inclusive Planning means we handle everything—every email, every vendor call, every last detail—so you don’t have to.
From the moment you book with us, we take the reins, managing all communication and logistics from start to finish. You won’t need to worry about back-and-forth emails, endless decisions, or chasing down vendors—we handle it all, keeping you updated with only the fun, exciting parts.
Partial Planning & Design
On your wedding day, our day-of management team orchestrates every detail with calm precision so you can be fully present from first look to final dance; we arrive early to oversee vendor arrivals and setup, manage the timeline down to the minute, coordinate family and wedding party logistics, troubleshoot any unexpected issues discreetly, and cue ceremony and reception transitions seamlessly, all while maintaining the elegant atmosphere you’ve envisioned — leaving you free to savor each moment knowing every detail is under expert, unobtrusive care.
Day of Wedding Management
This is typically booked 4-6 months before the wedding and is perfect for couples who have most of their vendors secured but want expert guidance in the final stretch. We step in to ensure nothing is overlooked—reviewing everything you’ve booked, guiding you through final decisions and vendor meetings, creating timelines, attending and directing the rehearsal, and of course, being there all day for the wedding to execute everything flawlessly!
